Adnan Ali  is driven and inspired by the endless opportunities presented to organizations and people in our fast-paced, rapidly transforming business environment. He currently develops and executes change strategies for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) of a large Fortune 500 financial services company with staff and clients spanning all areas of the globe. His primary focus today is transforming his company’s culture and processes to embed agile methodologies and innovation into all areas of the business.  He brings nearly 10 years of tangible project and change management experience and has implemented change globally across multiple geographies and cultures.

He is a visible champion and co-chair of LGBTQ workplace diversity programs. “I firmly believe that the leadership techniques needed to develop an inclusive workplace are the same capabilities needed to develop an innovative, agile workforce of the future.”

A ‘self-disrupter’ at heart, in 2018, Adnan ‘Marie Kondo-d’ his life by trading in his comfortable routine in St. Petersburg, Florida to pursue new opportunities in Hong Kong. Outside of work, these days you will usually find him on an airplane on his way to cities throughout Southeast Asia and the Middle East. He credits the learning's gained from his move and travels with building personal resilience and opening his eyes to the dynamic world we are asked to manage change in.
